[Hen] Oklahoma to be 5th area in the country for Sprint WiMAX frequency transitions

Fellow Oklahoma EBS Licensees;

Sprint has now given formal notice of Transition of the EBS spectrum in
Oklahoma! 

We are #5 in the US behind Washington, D.C., Houston, Kansas City, and
Chicago! Thanks to all of you who cooperated so well with Sprint's
request for information. This really speeded up the process and showed
them we were serious about WiMAX.

For those of you who's lease payments are tied to income of the lessee
or when the operator actually begins operating, this could be good news.

Oh, by the way, if you hold a license which is not leased, this means
you will be able to deploy WiMAX of your own in the new plan quite soon!
