OSRHE currently holds licenses in Tulsa, Ponca City, Bartlesville,
Muskogee, McAlester, Ardmore, Lawton, Altus, Poteau and OKC. Currently,
all the above are contracted to Sprint/Nextel with an expiration date of
2010. Some of those cities we hold 2 channels, in some, 4 and in some 4.
Usually, they are the A or B group.

A little research on the fcc.gov web site can show who holds the
majority of this spectrum in Oklahoma. I recommend that all the Higher
Ed groups and State Agencies (OETA) band together to discuss this
off-line from hen as many on hen are not license holders.

Thoughts?

Subject: [Hen] ITFS (currently EBS) licensing

Hello All:

I have been approached by a company wishing to lease a license
controlled by Carl Albert. This license is for four channels: B1, B2,
B3, B4. This company is seeking a ten year lease and wishes to pay us
$500 a month. Questions:

    * Is this amount too low?
    * Have any of you obligated your assigned frequencies for as long as
      ten years?
    * Do any of you have plans to use the frequencies on your campus?

Thanks in advance!!
