Somehow, I missed the regular announcement for the CTI event below. This
is "CTI"  (not related to the TCI in Oklahoma) who has the great speaker
"Charles Wu". On the 16th of July, CTI will have a FREE road show in
OKC. I recommend this as a source info on WiMAX and particularly the
3650 ruling.
