[Hen] Network Applications for Mac Users

All,

I recently acquired a MacBook Pro for use in the office.  My primary job function is "network administrator" (logging into switch/router consoles, telnet/SSH access to network devices, packet captures, etc.)  To that extent, for those of you that have a Mac, and have found it successful for network tasks, what is/are your favorite application(s)?

Preference is "native" OS X applications, or something that a non-*NIX junkie can easily compile.
