[Hen] WCA Whitepaper on WiMAX

The Wireless Communication Association International / 4G Global
Development Committee has released a whitepaper about WiMAX. Near the
end, you will see a recommendation for consideration of deploying WiMAX
in bands other than 2.5GHz. While these are realistic, it will be many
years before any band other than 2.5GHz is prepared for large deployment
of WiMAX in the US.
