I have a geographic / geometric problem which I need help solving. Simply put, I know three points in the surface of the earth (latitude and longitude).  I need to know the center of a circle on the surface of the earth who's cicumfrence would include those three points.
 
If you know of a mathmatics expert on your campus, would you please forward this email to her or him?
 
This problem has a real-world application in our WiMAX future. If someone from your campus helps me, I will gladly give credit.
