Dear NEBSA Members,

Thank your for your positive comments and support of the NEBSA White
Space proposal.  Some of you have inquired about the best way to endorse
the NEBSA filing.  A few options are included below.  The Reply Comment
deadline is October 22, 2008, so please begin taking action now.

 

1)       Notify NEBSA by e-mail at admin at nebsa.org  that your
institution supports the plan and would like to participate in the NEBSA
filing.  The name of your institution will appear with a list of other
supporters attached to NEBSA's Reply Comments. 

 

2)       Send a letter electronically to NEBSA at admin at nebsa.org and
the letter will be included as an attachment to the NEBSA filing. 

       For options 1 and 2, please submit the information no later than
close of business on Monday, October 21, 2008.

 

3)       Contact your own counsel to join any supportive filing that
s/he may be making.

 

4)       Send a letter directly to the FCC.  To submit a comment to the
FCC, go the FCC's Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) at 
http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/, click on "Submit a Filing," insert "03-66"
in Item 1 Proceeding of the Cover Sheet, then fill in the rest of the
cover sheet as appropriate.  In item 12, they should scroll down to
select "Reply to Comment."  

 

Once the cover sheet is filled in, under "Send Comment Files to FCC
(Attachments)", type "Reply to Comments" in File Description, attach the
file of the letter document, and indicate what sort of file it is (ie,
Word, Wordperfect, pdf), and then hit button "Send Attached File to
FCC."  This will bring up a page asking whether you are ready to finish
the transaction or enter additional attachments.  Hit the "Finish
Transaction and Receive Confirmation" button and the filing will be
made, and a confirmation page will be returned.
