Hello HESCO People!
Please provide your availability so we can determine the best time and date for the January HESCO meeting. We are thinking 2 hours maximum: About 45-60 minutes for the meeting and another 45-60 minutes to tour two campus buildings (School of Business for energy audits and the Student Union for LEED highlights).
Jenny and I are available January 9, 14-18, 24 & 30. Please go to this ScheduleOnce website to select the dates/times that are best for you: http://www.scheduleonce.com/MP.aspx?param=VT0tMS5UPTEuTT0yNDQyMTIqual
Please note your availability at ScheduleOnce before this Friday, Dec. 21.
Thank you,
-Ilda

Hello all,
It doesn’t look like there will be enough attendance tomorrow, Nov. 27 for a HESCO meeting in Stillwater. Tim has recommended we try again in January. I’ll poll everyone in a couple of weeks to see what date/time might work best after the new year.
I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving holiday!

Hello HESCO friends!
Yes, we would be happy to host the next meeting at OSU in Stillwater. I believe the date we were considering is Tuesday, Nov. 27 (one week from today). Is 1:00 p.m. still a good time for all?
In terms of location, we have two choices:
1) Have our meeting at the Student Union. Tour the Union and two buildings adjacent to the Union where Jenny can show and tell us about her energy audits. This would require you to park at the Student Union (free the first 30 minutes and $1.25 p/hour thereafter).
2) Have our meeting at the Physical Plant, where you can park for free. After the meeting, we would take a van to the core of campus for the energy audit tours. If there is time, we could also tour the Student Union (expected to be certified LEED Silver).
So, please get back to me regarding which option you prefer above, whether 1:00pm is still the preferred start time, and also how much time total would you like to spend here (meeting + tours).
Thank you,
-Ilda

Hi Group!
Did we ever decide if we’re going to go to Stillwater? If so, when, where, and what time?
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
Candice
