This company does great webinars at no cost and this event is no cost too.  There might be SOME commercialization here, I am just not sure, but I consider School Dude to be reputable from my past experience. Their  computer program seems like it might be useful, but of course I have no need for maintenance software, but they do sponsor great indoor air seminars.
