[HESCO] Cambridge Community Compact

I thought you all might be interested in this document: http://web.mit.edu/newsoffice/images/documents/cambridge-compact.pdf.  The City of Cambridge, MA, together with Harvard and MIT, signed onto a "Cambridge Community Compact for a Sustainable Future."  I think it's a nice framework for an agreement.
