Message-ID: Dear Eisenhower Project Directors: If your multi-year grant was first funded in 2000 or 2001 and this next year will be the 2nd or 3rd year of your grant, here is what is needed by the State Regents' office. You DO NOT need to submit another grant proposal, but we do need the following: 1. Final written report of activities of the summer workshop for 2001 2. Submission of quarterly expenditure reports: 1st quarterly report was due July 15, 2001; 2nd quarterly report is due OCTOBER 15, 2001 3rd quarterly report WILL BE DUE JANUARY 15, 2002 FINAL REPORT SHOWING ALL EXPENDITURES WILL BE DUE FEBRUARY 28, 2002 3. Budget changes: If you foresee any budget changes for next year (2002), please submit a revised budget including written explanation for changes. If you need an increase in your budget, those requests will be considered along with the new proposals. There is no guarantee that budget increases will be approved. 4. List of participants (See message below from Stacey Weinand) 5. PLEASE SUBMIT ALL THIS INFORMATION BY FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19, 2001. "We are trying to utilize more technology in the collection of date for the IKE program. We have created an online site to collect information about the teacher participants attending the IKE workshops. Please go to http://survey.osrhe.edu/cgi-bin/ike.html and type in your participant information from this summer. If you have more participants then blanks, you will have to submit more than one time.
