For that reason, we are removing language under one of the competitive priorities: "Projects which involve preservice teachers/administrators and college faculty as well as inservice teachers as participants." One of our state priorities remains that you integrate the curriculum modules or courses developed for the purposes of this program into the overall preservice training whenever possible. Removing this priority is merely to ensure that you do not budget direct service funds out of Title II for preservice participants. They are free to participate through other funds, however.
