Our institution is on a transformational change quest. This undertaking is generating some really good ideas and we may need some technology to help manage the process. I've found a few on google, but would like to hear from the group if anyone has experience using a system to manage a group process like this. I know they have a "one card" solution but it just did not make sense for us to go with due to cost. We were looking at student vending machines and also door access at the time. We did go with Higher One for student refunds to debit cards. Higher One handles most of the process after you transmit electronic data to them. Not long after that, vendor machines showed up on campus that take debit/credit cards. That was a nice coincidence.
