[ITpeers (CoIT)] upgrade Exchange 2007 to exchange 2010

We are starting to do research to upgrading our Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010.  We will also need to migrate our stores to a new storage device which will accommodate more storage space.

Does anyone have any advice, recommended good resources, or have any heads up of some issues we might want to consider before we start the upgrade?

Also any advice on if we should move the stores before, during or after the upgrade?  Any good resources you would recommend for researching/instructions for this would also be welcome for this as well.
