[Lender] PreDisbursement File for OU 003184 Spring Disbursements

We are again asking for a PreDisbursement file so we can screen for
students who have not enrolled for Spring 2007 or whose loans need to be
held for some other reason.  Doing this in Summer 2005, Summer 2006 and
Fall 2006 has helped us to prevent a lot of disbursements that would
just have to be returned.  
 
We need the file by Friday, Dec 1, 2006.    That will give us the
opportunity to adjust any disbursements or put on holds before the
window closes for our January 3, 2007  big disbursement.    Here's the
parameters:
 
Loan period begins 8/21/06 or 1/16/07    (OR, you could use the
disbursement date of 1/3/07)
Loan type = Stafford (sub or unsub)  No PLUS, Alternative or Grad PLUS
(that'll be easy, we haven't certified any GB yet).
Format:  Commonline 4 disbursement file
Destination:  our regular OpenNet mailbox.  
 
I had already visited with some representatives and told you we needed
the file on Nov 21.....but we picked that date before we figured out
that half the freshman class wouldn't enroll until after that date.
If you've already prepared the file, that's fine, go ahead and send it,
you don't need to redo it, we just won't compare it to our enrollment
file until after Dec 1.    
 
I think everyone managed to successfully send us a file for Fall 2006 so
you should have the process already figured out.  
 
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email or call me.  Again,
Friday, Dec 1 is the day we need this file.  Please share this with
whomever might need it within your organization or at your servicer.
