NEW FFELP Lender and Servicer Audit Guides Published

 

On Jan. 31, 2011, the Office of Inspector General (OIG) of the US
Department of Education (ED) published new audit guides for lenders and
servicers participating in the Federal Family Education Loan Program
(FFELP).  These guides are effective for fiscal years ending on/after
June 30, 2011.
