[Lender] New Joint Income-Based/Pay as You Earn/Income-Contingent Repayment Plan Request Form

On Dec. 19, 2012, the Department of Education released the new joint Income-Based/Pay as You Earn/Income-Contingent Repayment Plan Request Form in DCL-GEN-12-22<http://www.ifap.ed.gov/dpcletters/GEN1222.html>.  FFELP lenders and servicers may begin using this form immediately, however, beginning April 1, 2013, only this form may be provided to borrowers.  Prior versions of this form may be accepted from borrowers through April 30, 2013.
