[Lender] R2T4 Calculations

Hello all!

We are looking into the pros/cons of calculating actual percent earned
versus the 50% calculation. If you have the time, could you answer some
questions for me?

   1. What method does your institution use?
   2.  Has anyone used both methods before and found one better for their
   institution and students than the other?
   3. If so, which and why?

We currently use actual but we're curious about schools that use 50%.
