[MainstreetManagers] Weekend get away

Good morning,
Thanks to everyone for your great suggestion for a quick weekend trip.
I now have a nice list to check off, one at a time.

It ended up just the husband and I, so we took a Route 66 trip from Yukon to Okarche for the infamous Eischen's chicken then back to El Reno, where we stayed the night.
On Saturday, we continued to get our kicks with a stop at Red Rock State Park (Hinson), lunch and a little shopping in Weatherford, and then on to Clinton for the
Route 66 Museum.

I can't wait for our next exploration.

If you are out and about near Yukon, getting an early start to your holiday weekend, stop and see me at Rock the Route
Thursday, Aug 30 night from 6 - 11pm, featuring three Red Dirt bands and a whole lot of fun.   It's my first event!  Woohoo!  Here we go!
