[MainstreetManagers] Good Morning - question

One of the things that works really well for us in Guymon is that Main Street, the Chamber, and PREDCI (our economic development group) have different responsibilities.  Business recruitment is handled by PREDCI, so the Chamber and I send all information to them.  It frees up our time and we can do a better job with our responsibilities.  We all work as resources, but we do trust one another to do what we're supposed to.

Might not work for all, but three people working together can do 10 times more than one person. Yet, each town is different and we learn to do what is best for our community.
