[MainstreetManagers] Annual Assessment and Year End Review

Good afternoon.  Attached is the preparation information for your Year End Review.  The Review is a one-day visit from your liaison, and possibly another OMSC team member - including myself.    Participation should include the executive director, board members and committee members.  Regarding the self-assessment - please work with your board and committees when filling it out for the most accurate information, and instructions are on page two.  The dates covered by the self-assessment and year-end review are July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018.  Both are designed to help the program become more focused and stronger.
