[MainstreetManagers] Streetscape Construction

Greetings Everyone!

McAlester is getting ready to implement a streetscape project that has been
over 10 years in the  making!  I am reaching out to see if there are any
work plans, action plans, or promotional material from other communities
that we could use as a starting place to develop our own implementation
plans.

I found in the physical files a series of articles from Durant Main
Street's experience which are a wonderful resource. Could you please review
what you may have and share it with me?
