[MainstreetManagers] Director Evaluation

[Kendall Whittier]

In Claremore, the Executive Committee just took the job description they
had used when hiring me and evaluated along those points. They had me
self-evaluate and then evaluated me separately. They did include *a lot of
narrative* for me and for them, which really added to the time it took to
complete, but it also made you think.
