[MainstreetManagers] Ticket sales

We use Eventbrite.com for ticket sales. It's pretty intuitive to use. Their
system allows you to pay their fees out of the published ticket price, or
pass along the fees as an additional charge on top of the ticket price. We
choose to pass along the fees directly, which Tulsans kind of expect. That
might be different for your audience.

Other than the processing fees, there's no cost for using Eventbrite (as
long as you're offering one kind of ticket). You can pay for a more robust
version if you need multiple ticket types and more complex management.

It integrates with Facebook events automagically, so people can actually
buy tickets directly from the FB event page. It's also easy to send emails
to attendees, print a guest list, etc.
