[MainstreetManagers] Photos at events

I generally just take photos at public, large events without issue. If it's
happening in the public realm, a journalist can take and print a photo so I
figure I can, too. I have had a child go up to me while I was taking and
tell me they are a foster kid and cannot have their photo published
anywhere. We've never had anyone complain or anything.

At smaller events like Cash Mob, we tell them we are taking one. People
have excused themselves from the photo, which is fine. For things like
Pictures with Santa, we have parents sign a release form. We've also done
release forms when we have done photoshoots of people downtown with a
professional photographer. (I highly recommend! You get GREAT photos!)
