[MainstreetManagers] Small business reopening date?

[Tahlequah Main Street Association]

Good afternoon everyone!

I hope this email finds you all well. Has anyone else seen any documents
that state non-essential businesses can reopen on April 30th? I came across
that statement in some information I was reading yesterday but can not
recall where I found it. I thought it was in the OURS plan but I am not
finding it.
