[MainstreetManagers] Parking

I personally like the idea of meters, it's money that goes back into your
Main Street if you allocate it correctly.

We met with our City Council Monday and they temporarily created an
ordinance under the Corona Virus for stores to create their own signage for
curbside parking for a two week period while we figure of uniformity. I
like the idea of loading/unloading areas.

Our city wants to do sandwich boards but I see that as bulky and can only
imagine what OK wind will do to them and other property (liability to cars,
etc.)

Here is a template of something sent from Josh Kunkel to me today, as well
as the ordinance.

Hope this helps!
