[MainstreetManagers] Advocacy letter

Just a quick reminder that I need your "sign on" approval today by 3pm.

Just a quick review of the letter and your return email indicating your approval.
All communities are listed on the draft letter so you can proof for any needed updates.
However, I will need to remove any listed communities that do not respond.

I have also attached the proposal to be attached to this letter.
