[MainstreetManagers] Event contracts

[Tahlequah Main Street Association]

Good morning,
I hope everyone is doing well. We are updating vendor agreements and
looking for contingency clauses due to cancellation of an event as well any
other contract/agreement as it pertains to musicians, vendors and any
organizations holding events within a festival?
