Thank you all so very much! Another thing I would be interested in knowing
would be the "draw" of your event. How many participants do you expect?

Jessica, you bring up some interesting points. I agree that if they are
selling a product, they should be charged just the same. My current plan
(if we go through with this) is to contact food trucks starting in our area
and radiating out as far as Wichita, OKC, and Tulsa if necessary. I agree
that having them pay gives them more motivation to keep their commitment to
the event.

Natalie, I have talked to several food truck operators at local events and
that seems to be quite the bargain! I think you all are right track
increasing prices incrementally to avoid "sticker shock".
