I would agree with the other responses this far AND add that many district
members are under the belief that we can tell them what they can and cannot
do with their buildings. I won't repeat the conversation but I was recently
told quite "colorfully" that a building owner would do what they want to
with *their* building. The situation has been de-escalated but it wasn't
pleasant at first.
