[MainstreetManagers] City codes for buildings

I apologize if this has been discussed  recently, but would anyone be willing to share the codes/regulations, if any, that your city may have for limiting buildings being used as storage. Also, does anyone have any guidelines that a certain amount of space in your downtown building must be used for retail space?
