[MainstreetManagers] Banquet invitiations

Good afternoon, everyone.
First of all, I apologize for the lateness in getting this to you.

At this time, I don't think we will have time to get hard copies in the mail for you to then turnaround to your people. HOWEVER, if you still want them, I will put them in the mail (those that requested copies).

I am attaching two jpgs of the invitations, as well as a PDF of the invitation with a hot link (not the sausage variety, which sounds good about now) to register. Registration deadline is September 1.

I am also attaching the RSVP spreadsheet ... for those of you that want to keep track of those who are registering or that you are registering en masse on your end.  Please send this sheet with the names back to us by September 8.  We will also be able to generate a list for you after September 1 for those that don't do the RSVP or you want to doublecheck against it.

As a reminder of who to invite:
*       Yourself and your spouse or significant other
*       VIPs in city government (mayor, city manager, city councilors)
*       Award nominees from your community
*       Board members, committee chairs and volunteers

Please be sure to invite your legislators and work with any towns that share your legislators to ensure you are not paying for them twice.  If something happens at the last minute, and they cannot make the banquet, you may bring someone else in their place.  We are often asked whether you are responsible for paying for their spouse (and/or children) and that is your decision.
