Method - Architectural Services Contract
All money in the architecture contract has been expended, and we will add additional funds if possible. The new contract will begin at the new fiscal year.
National Main Street Center
* Main Street Now Conference (April 12-14): Since the conference is virtual, this is a great opportunity for board members and city officials to participate since travel isn't an obstacle. The cost associated with the conference is published yet, but I'm sure it will be out soon.

* The NMSC recently announced the Main Street Forward Awards. This award seeks to showcase forward-thinking Main Street recovery and resilience efforts. The winners will receive $1000 to support their program and be featured at the dedicated awards plenary at the Main Street Now virtual conference in April. Applications are due January 21st.

National Trust for Historic Places
* The NTHP is now accepting nominations for the 2021 list of America's 11 Most Endangered Historic Places. The committee considers factors such as significance, if there is a local group engaged in its preservation, urgency of threat, and potential solutions to that threat. Applications are due February 1st.
