[MainstreetManagers] [EXTERNAL] (no subject)

I know she said insurance but really ASCAP is a license not insurance.  You
are paying to use other people's music at your event, which is different
than insurance.  Even churches have to pay a fee to use the worship music
they play each Sunday.  If you broadcast or play other people's music at an
event than you should have this license.
