[MainstreetManagers] Question re alcohol at events

Hello All - A Main Street business has expressed an interest in an art crawl
with pieces set up in businesses, serving finger foods and wine along the
way. Assuming there are ABLE/legal issues with the businesses serving
alcohol? I am a little familiar with special event license. Guidance
appreciated.
