[MainstreetManagers] Question re alcohol at events

We did that here in Stillwater..  and we talked to ABLE.  Not sure if different in different places,  but our event was in June..  and what ABLE had us to..  is people purchased a glass from us,  and then were allowed to get samples of wine from our merchants that participated in our art walk.  The Sample needed to be 3 ounces or less..  They did a great job helping us with how to set that up..  the only one that needed an actual ABLE license was our restaurant that set up on the street .  What we did have to get was event insurance to cover people walking around, but that was our city requirement.
