[MainstreetManagers] "Pub Crawls"

Hello, Everyone!

I hit a big ol snag today that I was not expecting to with a St Patrick's
Day Pub Crawl. Turns out, people are not allowed to buy tickets and use
that to get their drink according to ABLE. We had no idea and none of our
bars mentioned they were not allowed to "give" away beer. Those of you who
do Pub Crawls or "Ale Trail", etc. What am I missing in the process to make
it ok? Are you setting up bar tabs? Is there some sort of permit we as an
organization needs, even though the event is not on public property?
