Yes, Sapulpa does.  The cost is $15 but they don't issue them to schools,
non-profits or churches.

I'm curious to know if any of your cities require businesses to register for
a local business license other than being registered with the state? If your
city does require a local business license, do you charge a fee or is it a
free registration?
