Hello Main Street.

Attached is the 2024 calendar.   We are missing a few exact dates so a final version will be out as soon as possible.

In 2022 we started learning about the new standards and now the new Accreditation platform is ready.  Main Street America is conducting a training webinar for local Main Street programs on the new platform on January 10, at 2:00 p.m. CT.  You must register in advance and here is the link: https://savingplaces-org.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_7Tn5iGw3RpujJvRKlylG6Q#/registration.  The session will be recorded for those who can't attend.  Documents that will need to be uploaded by Friday, February 9th are....

     *   Self-Assessment (one).
     *   A Board Directory
     *   Annual Budget
     *   Workplans that align with their Transformation or Economic Development Strategy(s).  Some of you may not have these strategies and we will discuss that further.
     *   Identify program Strategy(s) by selecting from a drop-down list of catalytic strategy(s) or elaborate if you have a customized strategy not on the list.
     *   Local Programs will be asked to note the date the Board adopted the strategy(s).

We will discuss all of this and 2024 at our Executive Director's zoom call on January 9th at 9:00am.
