[MainstreetManagers] Annual Agreements Part 1 - Due June 30th.

Good Afternoon Everyone!
I am sending out Annual Agreements starting today using Adobe Sign.

How Adobe sign works:
I enter each of your emails in the order of signature request, once signed the document automatically goes to the next person for signature and is date/time stamped.

  1.  Program Directors will fill out the document and sign first
  2.  Board Presidents will sign second
  3.  Legal Counsel for Commerce will sign last.

Once everyone has signed, you will automatically be sent a copy of the signed document. You will not be able to print or save the file until all signatures are received.

Program Directors once you sign, please remind your Board Presidents to check their email.

Part 1 of the Annual Agreements are due by June 30, 2023.
