Once folks have logged into their online organizational master account, they will be able to update the primary contact information/email address online themselves. If anyone does not have access to the email address associated with their organization's account, they can reach out to us directly (or, alternatively, the Coordinating Program can provide us with a list of updated email addresses) to have us update the email address on file.

A bit of useful context for folks to bear in mind: their organizational master accounts are  "parent" accounts that used for maintenance tasks like renewing their organization's annual membership, updating the organization's profile, and managing their organization's staff list and sub-memberships. They also have the option to create individual sub-memberships for themselves and a select number of their team members.
