I knew there was one other point to make:
#7. You don’t have to enter the monthly director calls or our trainings and events that we hold like Main Street Day at the Capitol and banquet, we track those.  The form is for the extra things you do like speaking to the rotary or attending an arts council event etc.

Good afternoon, everyone.

The new Quality Assurance points handout is attached.
You will now have the ability to see your program’s Quality Assurance points online.
We also have a new way of submitting requests for these activities.  On the Oklahoma Main Street Resource Portal you will find a form under the Quality Assurance header for your submittals.

When filling out the form, please note:

  1.  To add a new request for points, you will see new in the upper left corner.
     *   You will then select your program from the drop down box.
  2.  Under event, when it says enter value here that just means title of the event.  No number is expected.
  3.  Attachments could include your registration confirmation or the promotion of an event/activity that doesn’t have a URL to list.
  4.  Likewise, alternative text line under URL would be used to possibly shorten the URL
     *   Alternative text is what you want it to say.  URL is https://www.google.com<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.google.com__;!!NZFi6Pppv9YRQw!u1g7f7XRCafEFXD-cqjSfxn8jg7gKoY8iPUQ3E_zPmWzchuWi2SgCJSZagZSP6H_PeUcN3brqnm-3vdOjP996pZrJ83U2zFwWp4U$>.  Alternate text could be "Google"
     *   You don’t need to list both URL and Alt text.
  5.  Please note, when entering date of activity you will need to enter a time as well. Please pay special attention to the am and pm. 😊
  6.  Once you submit it, it will then be sent to state staff for their approval.

I hope I have answered most of the possible questions, but If you have any additional questions when filling out this new form, please let us know.
It is a new process for us and we hope it will make it easier for everyone.
