[MainstreetManagers] Main Street - Car Cruises & EV Committees

Hi Main Street Directors-
I have two random questions:   
   - Are there other Main Streets that manage Car Cruises and if so, do you have rules/ regulations regarding participants needing car insurance?
   - For the Economic Vitality Committee - my chair asked that I reach out an inquire about how other Main Streets define success of that specific committee.
