[MainstreetManagers] DAR request

Good afternoon Main Street.

Some of you are receiving an email from me regarding DAR's submitted over the past several years.  I am trying to ascertain how many projects were actually completed and I know they are primarily concept drawings.  Any information is greatly appreciated.  The list of DAR's and how the contract is being used will be shared with the Governor's office tomorrow.
