[MainstreetManagers] Voided Sublicence agreements

Hey there!  If you woke up today to a voided sublicense contract agreement, here's why.  There was a hiccup in language that doesn't meet Oklahoma law and Buffy is working on getting new contracts developed with national and sent out.
