[MainstreetManagers] SB400 Interim Study - Vacant buildings

There is an interim study scheduled for Tuesday, August 12th regarding SB 400 - vacant buildings.  Ponca City stakeholders and I are speaking at the hearing, and I would appreciate a little information.
