[MainstreetManagers] REMINDER: OPEN MEETING Listings with Secretary of State

I wish this was true for us @Maci Graves <maci at poncacitymainstreet.com> we
have to abide by The Open Meetings Act and are required to file a 990 & an
audit every year which costs us $6000+ each year.  Is anyone else required
to do this?
