[MainstreetManagers] Problematic Board Members questions

[Aleesa Hardage]

I'm sure many Directors have had disputes or conflicts with Board members
that are not following correct protocols or 'taking care of business'.
Does anyone have a really good policy or 'whistleblower' process they are
willing to share and is it required to be confidential?  Our by-laws apply
but are vague.
