[MainstreetManagers] Main Street Incentive Program

Hello Buffy and Karla,

Good afternoon and a Happy Friday to you ladies.

I write to advise you that the SOBO District intends to submit a Main
Street Incentive Program (MSIP) Project for this year in September.

We would like to maximize the Network Level amount of $50,000.00 if we can
secure the two matches from the Employer State Payroll Tax and the Cash
Match.

Projects that the SOBO may look to do are:

- SOBO District neighborhood round signs with directional wayfinding blades
attached.
- Wrapping of the SOBO Districts 6 x Traffic Cabinet Control Boxes.  The
location map of these boxes was provided to SOBO by Sam Extance.
- Work with Up With Trees on developing a long-term Tree Streetscape plan
for the SoBo District.  Identify locations where the street trees are in
decline and should be replaced.  Identify locations where to plant new
trees that would have most benefit for the SoBo Districts residents,
visitors, businesses and property owners.

The funding requests for these projects will largely be guided by the
information that we receive from Sam Extance.  I will be able to give you a
better indication of these project amounts in the coming weeks.
